December 12 BCS sings at the Christmas Festival at Central Assembly!!!  5 p.m. call time – concert at 6!

March 18 & 20 Boys Choir of Springfield joins forces with Springfield Regional Opera and Springfield Symphony to present La Boheme
The Gillioz is SRO’s new home, and space is a problem, but a parade of boys will thrill parents and grandparents, aunts and uncles. We will provide music and costumes. Depending on your schedule, we would rehearse with the boys in January or February, and the week before March 18. Here is a rough idea of rehearsals for the boys, providing that they are off book by then.

 

Feb. 21 and 24 Music and staging

Feb. 28 and March 3 Staging with adult Chorus

March 14, Sitz Probe

March 15, Piano Dress

March 16, Final Dress

March 18, Performance

March 20, Performance

 

Rehearsals with begin promptly at 7:00 and end at 8:30 except for production week

March 16-20  Call at 6:30 and release after curtain of Act 2, approx. 9:30 PM

April 10 BCS at First & Calvary 8 a.m. call time finish by noon!

May 6 Boys Choir of Springfield Choral Festival 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. First & Calvary
  
May 6 Boys Choir of Springfield Sweet Sounds Concert FREE 7 p.m. Central Assembly of God
